Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By signing up, accessing, or using AIducation, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your practice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
AIducation provides a self-guided patient education kiosk, provider dashboard, consultation builder, and follow-up reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of your service menu, pricing, and educational content.
3. Accounts and PINs
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of provider accounts and PINs. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Patient sessions are designed to be anonymous until your staff chooses to link them.
4. Payment and billing
AIducation is billed at $299 per location per month unless otherwise agreed. Billing is month-to-month and you may cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
AIducation is a patient education and workflow tool, not a medical device or diagnostic system. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed providers. We are not liable for outcomes arising from clinical judgments made using the platform.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate service with notice; upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
